Week 4 Day 5
29th May 2015
I started off the day on plan, I packed all my meals ready for work but it all went to pop. It was a a memeber of the teams last day on S6 (my team) tonight and so everyone brought in cakes (which i stuck to plan and didn't have any) but then they all decided to go to McDonalds for a team good bye meal. Which sucked cause I really wanted to stick to plan but giving as it was his last day I felt that I should go with the rest of the team. So I ended up eating a bloody McDonalds.
Breakfast

Weetbix as HEB mixed with water and warmed up topped with strawberries S
Cup of coffee with unsweetened almond milk HEA
Lunch and snacks in work
Tuna sandwich - tuna P, bread HEB2, spinach S, Quark P
Three green apples S

Week 4 Day 4
28th May 2015
Late start to the day as i knew i wouldn't be getting home from work till about 0030ish as the road is closed to my house for the next 12 nights so had to walk a bit more of the way home. Only had breakfast at home and kept the larger part of my food for work as i knew I wouldn't be getting my lunch break till about 2100 so needed some quick snack foods to munch on when given a 15minutes break from the desk. Was feeling a little slugish this morning and after a instagram browse of fellow slimming world people I decided to fit in a 40minute cardio session before work



I couldnt help myself and had another crisps at 4syns and a chocolate bar at 9syns. I'm not even a chocolate person so i have no idea why I got one. By the time it came to dinner break I was so hungry I just kept eating .
On a positive note it could have been worse as the rest of my team went to Mcdonalds and I turned that down. phew.

Week 4 Day 3
27th May 2015
An early start at work so no time for breakfast at home as my body cant handle food at 5am. Pretty good day, i was tempted by buying some naughty treats as everyone on my team were doing but i stayed strong and only ate what I packed. I would class today as an EESP day as no pasta, rice, potatoes or yoghurts were eaten.
Breakfast.
Breakfast eaten over a few short 15 minutes breaks in work, Costa tea with a dash of soya milk HEA

Next was a quick snack, flump 1.5syn

Hot weetbix HEB with water, topped with strawberries S

Home time.

Week 4 Day 2
26th May 2015
Last day off work before a run of three. Walked into town in the morning to pick up Ben some cough medicine for when he comes home and got him some Reeces pieces cups to cheer him up (5syns per cup) and treated myself to some syn free Quorn sausages as they were half price in Morrsions. Came home and completed my circuit and couch to 5k run. Then returned to the flat to meal prep for work tomorrow and meals for my late shift Thursday and Friday.

37 minutes circuit 448cals and 28 minutes app run 341 cals
Snack
Was in the sweet section in Morrisons and normally id just pick up a packet of chocolate raisins and not even batter an eye lid. I was in this section for a good ten minutes checking all the syn values. finally bought these Flumps which are 1.5 syns each.

Made a Cauliflower pizza for dinner, its time consuming so mad the base ready for when Bens pizza would be going in the Oven.
free if using HEA cheese for half the pizza. I planned on eating the whole thing so an extra 5yns plus HEA cheese for it all.
Snack.

Dinner.
Cauliflower pizza S and HEA, topped with cheese 5syns, Roasted Butternut squash S, Roasted carrots S and Roasted onions S. With a side of left over curried beans S

Week 4 day 1
Bank holiday Monday, had plans to go out for the day but Ben wasn't feeling good and i had a rubbish sleep after my late shift. Went to the shops to buy MORE fruit. (this fresh food deal is boody expensive, £80 in a week on food)

Left over strawbrries S and quark P from my late shift yesterday.
Lunch.
I treated myself to some Kippers while food shopping and had them for lunch P
HEB Wholemeal 60g roll
Spinach and lettuce salad S
1/3 of my HEA baby bell light allowance.
2.5 syns for colesaw.
Made some custard tarts (minus the pastry)
one muller light banana and custard yoghurt, 3 eggs, sweetener and cinnamon
in the oven for 20 minutes.
Ben loved them and ate the three as I wasn't too fussed on them if I'm honesty
Snack.

Coconut Muller lights are now back and I had to pick one up just to try. Beautiful free.
Near the end of the night I noticed I hadnt had my HEB 2 or my 2 other Babybells HEA so I had baby bell lights on toast before bed.

Week four update
Think i am going to sick to as much SP days as possible but you are only meant to do it for a week at a time so I shall do SP on my working days so I can have more of an option when im home with Ben.
