Exercise goal.

Having a balanced diet is all well and good but there has to be some form of general exercise too. My goal is do at least three circuit training and three low intensity sessions of 35minutes a week. So that is six work out session all together. Due to me being on a shift pattern I am not going to say this has to be done on this day and that on this day because it just doesn't work like that when your days off and your start times change  so frequently. My weigh day is a Tuesday at the moment, but I am going to change that to this Monday so my weekly workouts correspond with my weigh ins.

Just a summary. 
- weigh ins on Mondays
- 3 circuits a week
- 3 low intensity work out a week 

Now I normally do my circuit outside in the garden but the new place we are moving too is a top floor flat. It has a communal area with picnic benches and a grassy area so hopefully I'll just be able to carry all my things down there. I don't think the flat below us will be happy to hear me jumping around above them. I guess the bonus is I get a warm up with carrying my things up and down the stairs.
