Started the day off with trying to find ally workout gear like mat, weights, heart rate monitor. Once ready I had to carry everything down the stairs to the communal area. That was a workout in itself, God the weights are heavy. The sun was shining which was nice but I would have liked a little breeze while doing my circuits. Did lunges, squats, jumps, burpees and steps. Some with weights and some without. According to my polar watch I burnt 487cals. It all went down hill at work at 2100. cries.
Breakfast
Getting energy levels back up with a banana after my workout.
105cals and free.
Followed by a 1 whole egg and 3 egg white omlette, Protein. With red onion Speed Mixed in. A side of lettuce, speed. 1syn for the 1tbsp of tomato ketchup. Total calories of this 129cals.
Lunch
Munched into my Tuna sandwich quickly as possible at 1800 as it was my first break of the night and i was starving.
1/2 can of tuna in spring water 59cals and protein.
Mixed with cucumber 10cals and speed.
And Morrison light mayo, 1tbsp 41cs and 2syns
With lettuce 5cals and speed.
In between two slices of Morrison wholemeal bread 172cals and HEB
Dinner.
This is when it all went down hill. After being flat out in work, it being busy and being told that our lunch break was going later and later because there wasn't any staff was starting to piss the whole team off. I started to get a crazy headache. When we finally got our meal break the team decided we need to get out the the place and the only place open that time at night for food was Mcdonalds. We had a team De stress in McDonalds. I had a veggie deli wrap and regular chips with a diet coke. the total syns of this meal is 40syns. No picture was taken because I couldn't even think straight at this time. I'm going to have a big breakfast tomorrow morning in case our meal break is shoved back to two hours before we leave work.
Snacks
One large Granny Smith apple 80cals and speed.
The Syns.
I am in -28 syns today so i will be taking these syns off my syns tomorrow and the next day untill i am out of the minus zone. I think this is a tweak. You can have 15syns a day so that equals 105syns a week. As long as i don't go over the 105 syns hopefully ill stay on track? wishful thinking and extra exercise on my days off.
