Day seven

05th May 2015

Today I have had an early start of 0530 and finally got home at 18:15. Had a training day in work which was very insightful. Didn't get a meal break till 16:00 and it felt like my food had disappeared in one mouthful, I was so hungry. Had a team Starbucks which was a shocking 7.5syns, cry. 

Breakfast


A quick coffee made with almond unsweetened milk as part of my HEA and 26cals

Lunch


My weetabix, strawberry and yoghurt mix made the night before.
2 weetabix as HEB and 134cals
200g of strawberries as speed and 60cals
Muller light toffee yoghurt free and 99cals.
Also had an apple as speed, 60cals and quavers at 85cals and 4syns

Dinner



Today was a random mix of left over veg, last bit of fish in the freezer and a tin of mushy peas.
Atlantic smoked cod as protein and 70cals
One jar of mushy peas as protein and 248cals
Frozen mixed veg, which I syned the peas for before but they are actually classed as a protein rich food. So 200g as speed and protein and  78cals

Snacks.


I'm not sure how to syn this as it is 170cals which I would syn as 8.5, but online it say only 7.5syns, so I may go with the higher amount just in case.
Starbucks medium latte with soy milk.

Stayed on track today and I held my willpower and resisted the second pack of quavers that I was craving so badly. Anyone suggest any lower syn Costa Coffee drinks (as I'm near a Costa tomorrow rather than a starbucks) id rather not use my syns on drinks and actually eat.
