Today is the start of my run of night shifts and is the day that I always eat loads. I normally get up in the morning breakfast, sleep around 1ish get up at 5ish eat again then go to work and eat again there. Sometimes I even eat lunch before 1ish cause I'm hungry. I made my work packed lunch last night : egg mayo sandwich, tuna jacket potato, strawberries mixed in yoghurt and apple.
Nice relaxing morning, hoped on the cross trainer for session of LISS before a pre work nap. Upped my leg weight on the cross trainer, I've thrown away the box and have idea how heavy they are. My smaller ones I normally wear are 1.5k each. These are the next size up. Felt energetic so complete an ab/shoulder circuit then hoped back on the cross trainer for another 30minutes. Feeling good.
Breakfast
pre work out breakfast.
Sweet eggy cakes 0.5syns with a side of strawberries speed.
Cup of tea with unsweetened almond milk HEA
i ate another sweet eggy cake after this so counting the extra 0.25syn.
After workout breakfast.
1 whole egg and 4 egg white omlette protein, mixed with red onions speed and green beans speed.
With a side of lettuce speed and 1tbsp of tomato ketchup at 10calories so 0.5syn.
Lunch and dinner in work
Egg mayo sandwich.
Wholemeal bread as HEB
Egg whites protein mixed with half a tbsp of lighter mayo 20cals 1syn
lettuce speed.
Yoghurt mix
strawberries speed mixed with half a tub of muller light yoghurt free
Tuna jacket.
A can of Tuna protein with a sprinkle of vinegar.
jacket potato free.
with a side of lettuce speed.
Snacks.
A naught snack today, a packet of Sainburys ready salted crisps. Ben bought these yesterday for his lunch box and crisps are my total weakness. I could live off crisps for every meal for the rest of my life if i could. 134 calories so a whopping 6.5syns.
