Another early morning of 0530 start and walking to the bus stop in the rain, not a great start to the day. Been in training all day and didn't get to eat my lunch till 1440but managed to grab a fruit snack at around 1100. Been feeling really sleepy today and had my first fizzy drink in four days, which is really good for me. During my night shifts I used to drink anything between two cans all the way up to five. Absolutely shocking. It was so hard not to order a takeaway when I got home after hearing a woman on the bus phone through a chip shop order! What I would do for some real salt and vinegar chip shop chips.
Breakfast
A milky cup of coffee in my favorite mug made by my bestie.
Almond unsweetened milk 26cals and part of HEA
Lunch.
My standard weetabix mix and a satisfying can of Coke Zero.

200g strawberries 60g, speed free
Muller light vanilla yoghurt 90cals, Free
Coke zero I do believe is free as it is a sugar free drink.
Dinner
Pre homemade bolognese that has been frozen with loads of veggies. Was going to add some pasta but was so hungry when I got in I couldn't be bothered to wait.
Slimming world veggie bolognese 226cals and classed as speed and protein on slimming world. Prefect meal for if you are doing an EESP day.
100g of green beans, 39cals and speed free
200g of cabbage, 32cals and speed free.
While Ben was having his with oven chips I just couldn't resist and had 100g at 138cals so 7syns. Was worth it though
Snacks
After a busy morning and my tummy aching from being so hungry I grabbed a fruit pack from M&S and my quavers I packed for my lunch.
The fruit pack is melon speed, watermelon speed and mango free. First time eating mango and what a strange experience. I'm still not sure if I like it or not. 130cals.

*** CONFESSION TIME ***
After logging everything for the day i caved in and ate ANOTHER packed of quavers. Although i know this is not a wise decision to eat two packet of crisps in one day i was still within my allowance of syns for the day, but that is still no excuse for a second packet. Such a lack of willpower.
