This morning I went to town with Ben so he could exchange a PS4 game and treated him to a Costa coffee. After sorting our car insurance and Virgin for the move i decided to crack on with some workouts. I did a leg circuit which consisted of squats, knee ups, lunges, and skipping. According to my Polar watch i burnt 475cals. Ben was playing PS4 when i came back into the house so i took the opportunity and jumped on he cross trainer for 40 minutes. I used my ankle weights and watched one episode of the new series of Black Orphan. When I'm on the cross trainer i like watch something so i'm not just clock watching the whole time. A good start to a Monday.
The Food diary.
Today I stayed on track however i have learned a few new things today. Firstly that S means SPEED free not super free, Oops. Secondly that when you are doing EESP days you aren't allowed any yoghurt, double Oops. Hopefully this wont effect my weight loss too much and I will still manage to loss something tomorrow even though i had a heavy carby cheat day.
Breakfast.
Yes i know i really should have eaten something but i really dont like eating when I've just woken up, its my biggest down fall to dieting as it is the most important meal of the day. This is a medium Costa Coffee Cooler with soya milk, 130cals and 6.5syns as i find it easier to syn the soya milk rather than use it as a HEA.
lunch.
last night when i couldn't sleep at 3am i was scrolling through some slimming world pages on facebook and everyone was raving about this "nacho bowl" knowing that i had one potato left and some mince i thought i would give it a try. The Mince mix makes four portions so ive worked out my calories for the portion i had. 526cals and free on slimming world. I made one for myself and Ben but he had oven chips and tones of cheese. Here is how i made it with what ingredients i had left in the flat.
What you'll need:
1 potato
1 red onion
1 garlic clove
1 bag of 3% less fat mince (i used meat free version from Asda.)
2 tins of tomatoes
squeeze of tomato puree
herbs/spices to suit your taste.
low fat cheese 35g (HEA) you will have to syn this if you aren't using it as your HEA
Dinner
It doesn't look that great but the banana pancakes are amazing, with a side of frozen toffee muller light as "ice cream"
Two eggs and one banana mashed all together and cook like normal pancakes, 213cals and 4syns for the banana as it was mashed not consumed as a normal banana.
Toffee muller light yoghurt frozen, 99cals and free on SW.

HEB - no heb eaten today.
Syns = 14.5 out of 15
Calories = 1059
food prep for work tomorrow, I'm doing a training shift so 0700 - 17:30. will have my normal work weetabix mix and maybe some quavers for synsor I may save them for when I get home. ill let you know tomorrow.
