Week 3 Day 7

24th May 2015.

Pretty boring day to be honest. Stayed in bed a little longer this morning just in case my shift go flex into the early hours of the morning. Had breakfast, chilled out for an hour watching Peter Kay's car share and then went to work. Shift was 1300 - 11:30. I also ways get home later as my bus doesn't arrive till 11:55, yawn.

Breakfast.
 2 Weetbix HEB1, with Almond milk HEA topped with strawberries S.
Cup of vanilla coffee with almond milk HEA
 
 Lunch in work.

 
Tuna sandwich -  HEB wholemeal bread, Tuna in spring water sprinkled with vinegar P, layer of quark spread on the bread instead of butter P and lettuce S.
left over tuna and lettuce from the sandwich in the tub SP
Green apple S
Quavers 4syns.
This was eaten over the course of the shift from 1300 - 1900 when i had 15minutes tea breaks.
Dinner in work

 

My dinner break was at 21:00
3syn  curry left over from a few days before mixed with loads of frozen mixed veggies SP
Vegetable crisps at 5yns.
dessert was two egg whites P and strawberries S mixed with quark P and sweetener.
By the time i had eaten everything i was too full to eat the strawberry mix.
