The food in detail.

Woke up later than yesterday and kept on track with my normal breakfast of my over night weetabix (except I made then in the morning instead of the night before) prepared my tuna sandwich for work. I already had a frozen veggie cottage pie topped with swede mash (to stay on EESP) so all I had to cook were the veggie to go with it. Caved into another Starbucks as I was starting to fall asleep at around 3am but opted for the low syn of 5.5 for a medium soya latte. Today all in all has been a good EESP day and I haven't had the cravings for a fizzy drink or a packet of crisps and I even had syns left to have some.

Breakfast.

Morrisons weetabix x2, 134cals and HEB on SW
Toffee Muller light yoghurt, 99cals and free on SW
200g of strawberries, 60cals and a super free food on SW
Crush the weetabix and mix all together. I normally prepare this the night before but didn't have time yesterday due to my night shift.

Lunch in work.

Morrison wholemeal bread x2, 172cals and HEB2 on SW
Tuna in spring water, 118cals and free protein on SW mixed with a sprinkle of vinegar and
Morrisons light mayo 1tbsp, 41cals and 2syns on SW
Iceberg lettuce, 5cals and free on SW

Work snack

Two plums, 59cals and super free foods on SW

Dinner in work

Swimming world recipe "cottage pie topped with swede mash" I used Asda own branded veggie mince and added carrot in to swede mash. Recipe is on the slimming world website but I shall post about it when I make it again. This is perfect for the EESP as it has carrots, swede, tomatoes and onions in it which are all super free foods and the mince whether real meat of fake is a free protein. This portion was 267cals.
I has frozen cabbage and green beans, 86cals and are super free foods on SW.
Had morrisons own gravy granules, 44cals and 2syns.

Food Stats.
HEA ✔️
