Day Five.

03rd May 2015

Today was spent packing up our flat ready for our move on Friday. Managed to pack most the kitchen and living room but then ran out of boxes. Took a trip to Asda to pick up some more Muller light yoghurts, which are on offer (two packs for five pound.) and got some quavers for syns. 

The food in detail.
Breakfast this morning was a quick apple and tea as I wasn't very hungry when I woke up. When I finally got round to dinner we decided to make a roast dinner with the food we had. I was looking forward to eat a giant Yorkshire pudding but at a whopping 16syns I was like no thank you.

Breakfast 


Almond unsweetened milk 26cals for 100ml and HE-A on SW
Green Granny Smith Apple, 60cals and Super free on SW 
The plan was to have an omelette but I just wasn't hungry this morning.

Lunch 



Sweet potato mash nothing added to the sweet potato, 225g at 216cals  and free on SW Roast potatoes, 147g of white potato at 104cals and free on SW. These were boiled until soft, sprayed with 1cal spray and baked for 25 minutes in the oven.
200g of cabbage, 34cals and super free on SW.
100g of mixed veg, the peas in here need to be syned, 60cals. All veg is free apart from peas so 1 syn .
100g broccoli, 35cals and super free on SW.
2Tsp of gravy granules, 35cals and 2syns on SW. 
Total meal 3syns.

Dinner


This was a really boring dinner and I was just eating as I haven't had enough calories today which isn't good but I just wasn't hungry. Had morrisons wholemeal toast, one slice as that's all we had left, 86cals and HEB on SW. I topped the toast with I can't believe it's not butter light, 35cals and 1.5syn 


Snacks.


Snack 1: 16g Quavers, 85cals and 4.5syns
Snack 2: Cherry bakewell green tea, free. This smells better than it taste but I find the key to more flavour is the keep the tea bag in as long as possible. I wouldn't say it taste like cherry Bakewell but it is a sweeter taste than normal green tea.Muller light vanilla yoghurt, 99cals and free on SW, mixed with 150g of strawberries. 45cals  and S free on SW.

Syns = 9 out of 15 
Calories = 931 - which is not healthy you should eat at least 1200 calories a day according to my fitness pal but I am coming down with a cold and my appetite has gone.

Today is classed as extra easy day as I had potato, so instead of two HEB you are only allowed one.
