Started off the morning with a circuit of squats, lunges, knee ups and burpees. Then went and done 40 minutes on the cross trainer. Burning a total of 917calories. Ate my Brunch and cleaned the house ready for when Ben came home. Dropped the keys off the Leaders for the old flat then returned home to make dinner.


Brunch


Brunch was a breakfast wrap.
"wrap" was 1 egg ad 2 egg whites fried to make a thin omlette protein.
then i used half my HEA cheese,
red onions speed,
lettuce speed,
Quorn sausages protein
dinner.

Mushy pea curry on a bed of veggies.
mushy pea curry - Onions speed, garlic cloves speed, beans protein, mushy peas protein, chopped tomatoes speed and curry powder.
mixed frozen veg and cabbage speed
1 slice of toast half of HEB and the other half of my cheese from my breakfast wrap HEA

For dessert I made Ben cheesecake and i stuck to plan and ate strawberries speed, green apple speed and Quark mixed with sweetener protein.
Snacks.
Second part of HEB toast and as i had no syn all day i had 5syns worth of Sainsburys chocolate spread.

Extra Easy SP day stuck too. Tomorrow however we are going out for food, so wont be SP but hopefully they will have something for an Extra Easy Day.
