Last day off work before a run of three. Walked into town in the morning to pick up Ben some cough medicine for when he comes home and got him some Reeces pieces cups to cheer him up (5syns per cup) and treated myself to some syn free Quorn sausages as they were half price in Morrsions. Came home and completed my circuit and couch to 5k run. Then returned to the flat to meal prep for work tomorrow and meals for my late shift Thursday and Friday.

Snack
Was in the sweet section in Morrisons and normally id just pick up a packet of chocolate raisins and not even batter an eye lid. I was in this section for a good ten minutes checking all the syn values. finally bought these Flumps which are 1.5 syns each.

Made a Cauliflower pizza for dinner, its time consuming so mad the base ready for when Bens pizza would be going in the Oven.
free if using HEA cheese for half the pizza. I planned on eating the whole thing so an extra 5yns plus HEA cheese for it all.
