Late start to the day as i knew i wouldn't be getting home from work till about 0030ish as the road is closed to my house for the next 12 nights so had to walk a bit more of the way home. Only had breakfast at home and kept the larger part of my food for work as i knew I wouldn't be getting my lunch break till about 2100 so needed some quick snack foods to munch on when given a 15minutes break from the desk. Was feeling a little slugish this morning and after a instagram browse of fellow slimming world people I decided to fit in a 40minute cardio session before work
Breakfast.
Weetbix HEB mixed with water and popped in the microwave to warm up topped with prunes 2.5syns as i had ran out of strawberries.


40 minutes on the cross training watching an episode of Grimm burning 390 cals before work
Lunch in work

quorn sausages, these aren't the free ones but not sure if they are half a syn or 1 each so i counted them as 1 each. 2syn

cottage pie mix where i had ran out of topping (so just mince here) SP with a side of Butternut squash mash S and mixed veggies S
3syns worth of gravy.
Snacks.
*** This is were is all goes down hill, cries***

On a positive note it could have been worse as the rest of my team went to Mcdonalds and I turned that down. phew.

Good start to the day but a bad finish. Wipe the slate clean and get back on track tomorrow. NO CHOCOLATE RHIANNON, STEP AWAY FROM THE VENDING MACHINE IN WORK!
