Week one update.

Arm -              12.4 inches.     12inches -0.4
Under Bra-      31.6 inches.     32 inches +0.2
Belly Button - 38.1 inches.      37.6 inches -0.3
Bum -              39.3 inches.    39 inches -0.3
Thigh -            22.7 inches.     22.4 inches -0.3 


Lost 2pounds this week, the weighing scales were flashing between 10.9 and 10.10 but frozen on the latter. Good loss considering my over eating carb filled cheat day. 💪💪
