Week 3 day 3

20th May 2015

Had a good start to the day, as i knew i was going to be going out for food and be off plan i decided to cram in some exercise. I did one circuit and three cross trainer sessions. kept to plan all day untill we went for food. The menu lacked veggie options. The only things on there was a mushroom burger or beetroot and goat cheese puff pastry. I went with the latter as i hate mushrooms.

Breakfast.
Relaxing morning drinking unsweetened almond milk HEA and coffee while watching Once Upon A Time.


1 - circuits. 2- cross trainer 3- cross trainer

Lunch.

Left over mushy pea and left over curried green beans with a cup of tea. All SP

cross trainer.

*** dinner was out for bens mother birthday. tried as much as possible to stick to SW but being a lack of vegetarian meals i opted for a beetroot and goats cheese puff pastry with boiled potatoes and side salad. Also had a banana sundae. ***
