Another late shift at work. A big filling breakfast today as i thought if it was anything like yesterday in work id be starving, and it was. Meal break in work was again at 2100 because once again there was no staff. A pretty boring day at work to be honest with you.
Breakfast
Cup of coffee with unsweetened almond milk as HEA and 26cals
Scrambled egg, two eggs protein, 105cals mixed with a handful of red onions speed, 10cals.
Side of beans protien, 368cals
Had one slice of wholemeal bread 4syns and 86cals.
Lunch and dinner
Strawberries 30cals and speed
Miller light vanilla yoghurt 99cals and free
Stoned prunes 30g 47cals and 2.5syns
All mixed together.
And
Tuna sandwich.
1/2 can of tuna in spring water 59cals and protein.
Mixed with cucumber 10cals and speed.
And Morrison light mayo, 1tbsp 41cs and 2syns
With lettuce 5cals and speed.
In between two slices of morrisons wholemeal bread 172cals and HEB
Snacks
One large Granny Smith apple 80cals and speed.
Caved in and ate crisp 9syns and 172cals
