An early start at work so no time for breakfast at home as my body cant handle food at 5am. Pretty good day, i was tempted by buying some naughty treats as everyone on my team were doing but i stayed strong and only ate what I packed. I would class today as an EESP day as no pasta, rice, potatoes or yoghurts were eaten.

Breakfast eaten over a few short 15 minutes breaks in work, Costa tea with a dash of soya milk HEA

Home time.
