Day Three.

Diary.

07:35 | Got home from work and had a coffee and a Berocca.
08:00 | Cleaned the bedroom.
09:15 | Ate a yoghurt.
09:30 | Went to bed for a small nap.
14:35 | Woke up from nap and continued to clean the flat.
17:00 | Ben came home and we had food.
16:00 | brought in clean washing, cleaned bathroom and started to pack up the kitchen. 
20:00 | Finished cleaning and made my weetabix mix with added coconut.
20:35 | Made a hot chocolate.
21:00 | updated blog.

The food in detail.

Today was my last night shift of a row of four. I was debating whether to come in and have a nap or try and stay up the whole day and have a good sleep tonight. I went with the staying options and at around 9am i felt sick so tried to eat something but then ended up jumping into bed for a power nap. My day was pretty boring was busy deep cleaning the flat and packing bits up as we have had confirmation of moving into our new flat on the 9th May. yay.  Also had a boring food day as we are trying to use all the food up that we have in the house so we can do a big shop once we are moved into the new place. Trying to keep on plan i had beans on toast and my normal strawberries, yoghurt weetabix mix. I need to have some syns though so i added coconut and had a hot chocolate.

Breakfast.

Coming in from work in the morning i wasnt really hunrgy so opted for a coffee with unsweetedned Almond milk, 26cals and HEA on SW. I also had a berocca cause i felt like crap. I have no idea about the stats on this in regards to calories or syns on slimming world.

Lunch.
 
Like i said above we are trying to eat our cupbaords bare but i really wanted to stick with SW so had my Morrisons wholemeal bread, 2 slices at 173cals and HEB on SW topped with a whole can of Tesco beans in tomato sauce, 370cals and Free protein on SW

Dinner.




Morrisons weetabix, 2 at 134cals and HEB2 on SW mixed with 200g of strawberries at 60cals and Super free on SW and Muller light Vanilla yoghurt at 99cals and free on SW. Ive been told that you have to eat your syns if you want to lose the weight on SW so i added 5g of desiccated coconut at 31cals and 2syn.

Snacks.
 

Had the rest of my HEA with my Almond milk and instead of a cup of tea had a hot chocolate for the syns. This is a limited addition Butterscotch flavor from Options and it is amazing, at 39cals for 11g (yes i weigh my scoops) and 2syns on SW

Calories = 1023
 Another day on EESP, haven't really been hungry due to tiredness but stuck to the plan.

My mum is bringing my nana down from Wales tomorrow so we will probably end up going out for lunch, fingers crossed for a slimming world friendly menu
