Week 2 day 3

13th May 2015.



This morning was lovely and sunny so I walked into town instead of getting the bus. Pretty productive morning, updated my bus pass for another 13 weeks, got my eye brows threaded,  got some fresh strawberries from the market and weighed myself in boots. Also bought myself some measuring spoons which are going to be my new best friends. Managed to complete two circuits today and burnt 876cals!


Breakfast 

Muller light vanilla yoghurt free, mixed with strawberries speed and prunes 2syns.

Lunch

Oops found Bens biscuit stash and couldn't help myself 8syns and a toffee muller light yoghurt free.

Dinner


Wholemeal roll HEB
Reduced fat cheese HEA
Quorn chicken fillets free
Onions speed

Homemade slimming world chips free
1tbsp of the 50% less sugar and 25% less salt tomato ketchup with is 10cals so 0.5syn

Snacks

A large green apple in between sorting out tones of paper work speed.
